AlEX’s Express pickup

For my Design Applications class, I created a storyboard exploring how a college café could introduce mobile ordering to reduce long lines and wait times between classes. The goal was to visualize the user’s experience from frustration to solution, through a realistic and relatable story.

The storyboard follows Alex, a first-generation college student studying Software Engineering while working part-time. Alex’s days are packed, and between classes and work, time is always tight. Standing in long café lines made it difficult to grab a quick meal, often leaving him frustrated or skipping lunch altogether.
